Crayon Competition (Open for All)

Theme – World in My Eyes (Imagination of the World through your eyes)

Age Criteria : 7 to 18 years

Rewards : Prize Money with Certificates

  • Winner = Rs. 7000,
  • First Runner-Up = Rs. 5000,
  • Second Runner-Up = Rs. 3000.
  • Participants will be awarded E-Certificates

For the registration and submission of the artwork. Follow the below-given guidelines -

For the new Makers:

  • Step 1: Click on Join Our Community
  • Step 2: Register yourself as a Maker and fill up the given form
  • Step 3: After clicking on Next step, fill up Personal Details
  • Step 4: Login as Maker along with your User ID and Password
  • Step 5: Click on the Enroll tab given on the top and can register yourself by clicking on Crayon Competition.
  • Step 6: After registering, you can submit your artwork.
  • The participant can register and submit the artwork at the same time or else can submit the artwork after registering within the given dates (11th March to 22nd March)
  • Step 7: After registering and submitting your artwork online, you will receive an Upload code and you have to submit the original hardcopy of your artwork along with the upload code to the nearest Gajera Trust center. (Katargam, Pal, Sachin, Utran)
  • Step 8: Fill up a consent form provided by the center at the time of submission of the original hardcopy of the artwork.

For the existing Makers:

  • Step 1: Click on Login
  • Step 2: Login as Maker along with your User ID and Password
  • (If you have forgotten your User ID and Password, you can reset your credentials by clicking on Forgot Password)
  • Step 3: Click on the Enroll tab given on the top and can register yourself by clicking on Crayon Competition.
  • Step 4: After registering, you can submit your artwork
  • The participant can register and submit the artwork at the same time or else can submit the artwork after registering within the given dates (11th March to 22nd March)

Rules and Regulations before uploading the Artwork

  • Individual Participation is only allowed for this competition.
  • The artwork should be relevant to the theme “World in my eyes”
  • Drawing paper should be used for your artwork
  • Your artwork should be created using Crayon colors (Compulsory)
  • A time-lapse video should be taken in a Landscape mode, a minimum of 1-2 minutes while making the artwork is to be recorded, followed by the final image of the Artwork.
  • No entries will be accepted after 22nd
